**Role Overview**

**Sodexo Energy and Resource** is growing and is seeking a **General Manger 3 - Food** to run our food service program in **Ellendale, ND.** Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. **What You'll Do**

+ have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product and service
+ achieve company and client financial targets and operational goals
+ oversight of cash-handling and the POS system
+ develop and maintain client and customer relationships
+ motivate, coach, mentor and develop staff
+ ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs
