Opportunity to run a sought after asset 

This is an exciting role for an experienced leader to manage and run a well maintained, premium, CBD asset. 
With a well known owner, you will have full oversight of the lifecycle of asset as well as management of a team whilst also be required to execute the asset strategy to maximise income, ensure cost efficiency, and minimise risk for the owner. You will:

Manage rent collection and control arrears

Conduct regular property inspections

Coordinate maintenance and manage contractors

Administer leases, rent reviews, and renewals

Maintain accurate records in AMS systems

Prepare client reports on financial performance and property status

Monitor vacancies, maximise rental income, and ensure compliance
