We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume fast-casual restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and hourly team members
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory, purchasing, labor, scheduling, and vendor relationships
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, including labor, food cost, and profitability goals
• Analyze operational and financial metrics to drive performance improvements
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure exceptional hospitality standards
