What You’ll Do
- Lead the full restaurant opening from pre‑opening through launch and beyond.
- Hire, train, and develop a high‑performing FOH team.
- Drive a fun, energetic, and guest‑focused culture.
- Own day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth and consistent service.
- Manage scheduling, labour, and cost controls to hit financial targets.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and build a robust local following.
- Partner with senior leadership on systems, standards, and ongoing growth.
