Role Overview
The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for the end-to-end operational management of all Orange Self Storage facilities across Sites. This is a leadership role requiring strong P&L ownership, process excellence, and the ability to scale a multi-city operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage day-to-day operations across all storage facilities, ensuring 100% occupancy targets and service quality standards are met.
Lead a team of Site Managers, Facility Executives, and Customer Service Executives.
Drive operational efficiency through SOPs, audits, and process improvements; implement best practices for inventory management, access control, and security.
