The role reports to the Senior Vice President, Global Operational Excellence and plays a critical part in driving strong client partnerships and high-performing teams. This leader motivates and supports teams to resolve issues, deliver on commitments, and achieve business goals while fostering employee growth and career mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen communications with clients and business partners to ensure alignment, goal achievement, and satisfaction
- Translate client priorities into clear direction for teams and actively support project execution
- Drive performance against key business metrics, including forecasting accuracy, revenue and margin targets, call volume projections, client and employee satisfaction scores, and contractual performance and bonus goals
