Description
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall execution, performance, and standards of Prime Athletic Club. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, hospitality mindset, and experience in premium gyms, clubs, or high-end hospitality environments.
- Oversee daily operations of the entire 700 sqm facility
- Implement systems for scheduling, bookings, staffing, and reporting
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of all staff
- Ensure premium member experience at all touchpoints
- Manage front desk, sales, trainers, coaches, and maintenance teams
- Enforce policies, rules, and service standards consistently
- Coordinate with gym and yoga partners on program execution
- Monitor KPIs: membership growth, retention, utilization, revenue
