Champion Sofitel’s luxury standards across every guest experience and service touchpoint
Lead, inspire and empower a high-performing leadership team, fostering engagement, capability and talent retention
Act as a visible, charismatic brand ambassador for Sofitel and Accor within the hotel and broader community
Build and strengthen trusted relationships with owners, Accor, VIP guests and key industry partners
Monitor, elevate and continuously improve guest satisfaction and quality metrics, including RPS and LQA
