General Manager Responsibilities

  • Enhance the onboard experience ensuring every aspect of the Company brand is executed with superior precision.
  • Oversee the management of senior‑level staff, directing and analyzing delivery of the Company product.
  • Ensure department heads provide continuous coaching, training and support.
  • Solicit and interpret feedback from staff and guests to further elevate product merits.
  • Communicate recommendations to Vessel Operations.
  • Protect and maintain the ship as a company asset with structural integrity.
  • Foster a pleasant work environment to generate maximum crew well‑being.
  • Demonstrate and create team spirit, daily involvement in crew welfare to build camaraderie.
