The General Manager, Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving the commercial success of the Group’s property developments through an integrated approach to product, sales, and marketing. Beyond traditional sales and marketing, this role actively shapes product development and design decisions to ensure projects are differentiated, market‑driven, and fully compliant with relevant regulations.
The incumbent must have proven, hands‑on experience in strategic marketing planning and execution, strong market research capabilities, a solid grasp of current property market conditions, and sound knowledge of Malaysian property laws and regulatory frameworks.
