1. Build the Future Fit Responsive Supply Chain at Orkla India

• Build the strategy for Planning and Logistics Operations that aligns with organisational goals.
• Optimise the Supply Chain operations, build tactical capabilities – short, medium, long term horizon Supply Planning, Warehousing, Inventory Management & Logistics Operations.

2. Ensure Cost Efficient High OTIF Delivery in Evolving Environment

• Build digital commerce agility in Supply Chain Planning & Logistics Operations.
• Logistics Operations – manage on-time dispatch & delivery with cost-efficient logistics models.
• Compliance Management – Logistics Operations – EHS, legal compliance in Warehouse Operations.
