This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you’ll learn how to:
+ Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
+ Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all People processes including but not limited to: Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding; Staffing; Performance Management; and Train, coach and motivate
