Perform an array of hand‑skilled processes and operation of machines and test equipment for gas turbine component repairs. This role reports to the Operations Leader.

• Perform blending and polishing on metal and coating surfaces
• Perform manual drilling in the cooling hole re‑opening process
• Operate test equipment such as airflow, waterflow and moment weighing
• Operate machines such as robotic polisher, shot peening and cold spraying
• Ensure product quality, equipment care, meet production output/pace, housekeeping and schedules
• Adhere to all applicable EHS rules and regulations and report immediately any unsafe practices/conditions
• Support other area of work as assigned

• Completed secondary level or higher education. Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
