This full-time role involves direct reporting to the Health & Safety Manager and requires daily interaction with various stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and union representatives. Your primary duties will include supporting the Disability Management program, conducting health education, and implementing wellness initiatives. You'll also be responsible for first aid treatment and analysis of health-related data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Disability Management and WCB processes
• Deliver medical screenings and hearing conservation initiatives
• Educate employees on health and safety practices
• Provide on-site first aid and support
• Review incident reports to recommend improvements
