**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, revise and maintain accounting systems, procedures, and policies.
- Ensure the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements and costing variance analysis, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
- Design, develop and implement procedures and policies in the area of Accounting in consultation with the principal of the company to minimize errors and eliminate any repetition of errors, mistakes, oversights, etc.
- Work on the tune up of SAGE implementation
