Responsibilities

• Create a shared vision for Continuous Improvement in the region aligned with company strategy and assure execution in the countries by the CI regional and local leaders
• Ensure alignment and prioritization of Regional Strategies with Project Portfolio Management
• Define best set of approaches and methodologies to assure effective Portfolio/Programs/projects development, implementation and monitoring
• Develop required competencies in the CI team in the region
• Train associates in specific CI methodologies (mainly Lean and Project Management)
• Facilitate Latin America Project Portfolio scorecard update and report
• Foster best practices sharing
