Requirements
- German proficiency: B2–C2 (spoken & written)
- Good English communication skills
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Customer service or call centre experience (retail is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts , including weekends
- Basic computer skills
