Job Description

Breeding Program Leadership

• Develop inbreds and hybrids for the Philippines Tropical rainfed program
• Collaborate with multiple teams (Global and regional germplasm development teams, Applied team, Trait Integration team, Breeding operations team, Portfolio planning team) for product development

Project Management

• Support design and implementation of breeding projects
• Champion modern breeding methods
• Support germplasm development, plan crosses and testing protocols, and assist in selections
• Manage pipeline advancement decisions

Communication & Reporting

• Update development of lines and hybrid status
• Maintain pipeline and advancement statistics
• Monitor KPIs and program efficiency

Technology Integration

• Implement genomics‑assisted breeding (GAB)
