Lead Helicopter Programs customer engineering activities from start to successful resolution.
Support event troubleshooting and assist logistics as required.
Interface with Field Service Representatives, Customer First Centre (Technical Help Desk) and operators through regular field event reviews.
Ensure event resolution and provide follow‑up through IPTs, reliability monitoring, technical publication changes, campaigns or other corrective action.
Lead support for field escape containment and special inspection programs.
