Job Description
Responsibilities - Perform routine preventative maintenance on all facility equipment including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues across the facility using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to identify root causes.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, effectively troubleshooting and resolving issues to restore critical systems and prevent further disruption.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems and infrastructure, documenting findings and recommending necessary repairs or upgrades to maintain safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent for reporting and inventory management purposes.
