Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Lead and manage all aspects of the JV volleyball program, including practices, matches, player development, and team culture.

+ Teach and reinforce fundamental volleyball skills, game strategy, etc.

+ Plan and conduct organized, safe, and engaging practices.

+ Develop athletes physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

+ Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

+ Coordinate with varsity coaching staff to align program goals and athlete development.
