As a GIS Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the installation, testing & commissioning, maintenance, and repair of Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) installations ranging from 72.5kV to 500kV by ensuring compliance with quality, safety and contractual standards. This role demands leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to operate in multicultural and high-risk environments, including substations, offshore platforms and wind modules.
Responsibilities
. Supervise multicultural construction sites worldwide for Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) installations
. Ensure timely and compliant execution of installation, testing & commissioning activities
. Maintain high standards of quality through inspection, documentation, and skill assessment of local and subcontracted labor
. Coordinate local labor resources effectively and maintain cost control on-site
