As an essential member of the Regional Management team for the high‑growth South Asia, Middle East and Africa (SAMEA) region you will manage a team of 20 HR professionals via five direct reports across the SAMEA region. You will drive Givaudan’s global functional and regional HR agenda and partner with management teams to deliver business results aligned with Givaudan’s purpose and strategy.
You will lead and drive Givaudan’s global HR agenda for the SAMEA region with a key focus on strategic talent outcomes. You will partner and provide relevant expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits competitiveness, Diversity management and Employee Engagement to achieve important HR objectives.
You will report directly to the Fragrance & Beauty Global Head of HR and be based at our SAMEA Regional Head Office in Dubai Media City.
