Full TimePurpose of the role
The Global Account Manager (GAM) is responsible for managing one or more of DSV’s Global Accounts, or Sub-Division of a Global Account (e.g. Contract Logistics dependent on need) focusing on driving share of wallet, long-term retention, and strategic growth. The role leads the execution of account strategies and fosters strong commercial relationships across all DSV divisions and geographies. Operating as the commercial point of contact, the role develops global account plans in collaboration with the Account Executive and translates them into scalable, customer-centric solutions. The role ensures commercial alignment, and strategic direction across geographies, while identifying and acting on emerging opportunities and risks to drive customer satisfaction and business results.
