Nexperia is looking for a Global Benefit Lead to manage and optimize our comprehensive benefits programs. This role balances tactical execution with strategic oversight, ensuring our benefits remain competitive and aligned with our corporate culture.

What You Will Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of global benefit programs, including medical/health insurance, pension schemes (DB/DC, risk & retirement), and risk-related benefits (life, disability, and income protection).
• Act as the primary point of contact for global vendors and consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery and competitive renewals.
