Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s Data Protection Management System (DPMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) at global level.Lead the embedding of global data protection and information security policies, ensuring clear understanding and effective implementation across all countries.Design and roll out new global tools, frameworks, and standardized processes to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.Provide training, coaching, and functional support to local data protection and InfoSec specialists.Monitor corrective actions resulting from assessments and audits, supporting investigations of potential compliance breaches and preparation of incident reports when required.Implement and maintain global KPI tracking to measure performance and drive continuous optimization initiatives.Serve ...
