Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Relations in Kuala Lumpur to lead our Global Employee Relations team. You will serve as the go-to specialist on ER matters, ensuring compliance with policies and local laws while enhancing manager effectiveness and streamlining disciplinary processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, extensive knowledge of employment laws, and at least 13 years of experience in HR or labor relations roles, with skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
