**What we are looking for**:
NRC is seeking a seasoned **Expert Adviser for Strategy and Planning in Humanitarian Access and Safety (HAS)**. In this role, you will be a key strategic partner to the Global HAS Director and the Global HAS Management Team - supporting the development and implementation of global HAS policies, procedures, strategies, and plans, that enable NRC to maintain principled humanitarian access in its operational areas in a safer and more effective manner. You will help shape global HAS strategies that directly enable NRC to deliver on its mission, while upholding humanitarian principles, with plans and policies that are forward-looking, coherent, and fully aligned with NRC’s Global Strategy. Success in this role will require working closely with other core global functions to create seamless strategic integration.
