Language Requirement: Fluent Mandarin and English required.

A global crypto exchange is seeking a Head of HR to lead its people strategy and HR operations across multiple regions. The role reports directly to the founder and will play a key role in supporting the company’s continued global growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the global HR and administration function across multiple offices.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Act as a strategic HR business partner to trading, product, technology, and corporate teams.
• Oversee talent management, performance management, organizational planning, and HR policies.
• Manage and develop a global HR and administrative team.
