This role exists to elevate marketing into a primary growth driver for the business by setting clear direction and leading a lean but high-performing marketing team. The Global Head of Marketing will operate as both a player and a coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. They will have the authority and expectation to propose and lead marketing initiatives that exceed current growth plans where justified by market opportunity. This role reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing and works closely with Sales, Product, and Operations leadership.
