Ensure compliance with Spanish occupational risk prevention (PRL) obligations and lead the global coordination, monitoring, and continuous improvement of workplace health & safety practices across all company sites. This role bridges local legal compliance and corporate oversight, ensuring consistent application of workplace standards and training worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Local responsibilities — Spain (legal compliance under Ley 31/1995)
- Maintain and update all required prevention documentation, including:
- Prevention Plan (Plan de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales)
- Risk Assessment (Evaluación de Riesgos)
- Preventive Action Plan (Planificación de la Actividad Preventiva)
- Emergency and Evacuation Plan
- Coordinate with HR, Facilities, and other departments to ensure risk prevention measures are applied in daily operations (office ergonomics, fire safety, first aid, etc.).
