In this dynamic 12-month internship, you will support initiatives that foster an inclusive culture across Motorsport, Mobility, and Corporate functions, helping ensure that diversity is embedded in our people, programs, and events.
As a D&I Intern, you will play an active role in supporting projects, partnerships, and internal engagement activities that promote equal opportunities and representation. You will work in a collaborative, international environment under the supervision of the D&I Manager and in close connection with HR and external stakeholders. You will be fully integrated into the team and will receive dedicated mentorship to help you develop both operational and strategic D&I skills.
