**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in benefits programs and relevant process (and system) design for program implementation.
- Experience managing projects with multiple players with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Systems experience of Darwin or Workday.
- Ability for effective client management and influencing skills.
- Strong track record developing and maintaining reliable process documentation.
- Strong process design skills.
