1.Global Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Develop and iterate global recruitment strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, with a particular focus on executive recruitment frameworks to meet critical leadership talent needs across regions.
- Design end-to-end recruitment processes for executive and key positions, including talent mapping, executive confidential search, interview evaluation, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Lead the planning and implementation of global recruitment initiatives, optimize recruitment channels (executive search firms, professional networks, internal referrals, etc.), and improve the efficiency and quality of executive talent acquisition.
