Overview

We are looking for a Global S&OP Analyst to support and enhance our Sales & Operations Planning cycle by analyzing demand, supply, inventory, and external market conditions. In addition to traditional S&OP responsibilities, this role integrates both micromarket signals (customer behavior, competitive actions, pricing, channel performance) and macroeconomic factors (industry trends, economic indicators, geopolitical risks, cost inflation) into the forecasting and planning process.

Responsibilities

• Collect continuously the market data which affects Valmet’s competitiveness and delivery plans, both in sales projects and on‑going deliveries.
• Analyze historical sales trends, market inputs, customer data, and delivery efficiency data, to generate accurate and actionable demand forecast.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to track the performance of Valmet S&OP processes and business areas, e.g. PowerBI.
