Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Certified/Licensed Trade Analyst.
- Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs), manufacturing processes, and costed components to assess substantial transformation and tariff shift rules.
- Classify products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and ensure alignment with COO determinations.
- Support preferential and non-preferential origin determinations and issue or validate Certificates of Origin.
- Maintain and audit origin documentation, supplier affidavits, and long-term supplier declarations.
- Partner with sourcing, engineering, procurement, and suppliers to gather accurate manufacturing and origin data.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, Country/Region specific customs valuation, marking, and labeling requirements.
