JOB PURPOSE


This role exists to drive transformation in warehouse operations by shaping and continuously improving digital warehousing products that enhance user experience, simplify processes, and enable smarter, more autonomous decision-making.

You’ll play a critical role in bringing operational insight, product thinking, and emerging technologies—such as AI and Agentic AI—together to streamline workflows, accelerate “No Touch” adoption, and deliver measurable service performance across our markets and distribution centers.
