Our client is a large independent grocery retail business in the Namaqualand Region and is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-department food retail operation.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong grocery retail experience who understands store operations, people leadership, stock control, fresh departments, shrinkage, wastage, margins, customer service and trading performance.
The successful candidate must be practical, visible on the floor, commercially aware and comfortable working closely with ownership.
