1.Project Execution & Quality Assurance

• On-Time Delivery: Ensure all retail outlets (Greenfield & Brownfield) are handed over within the agreed timelines to meet Store Opening dates.
• Civil & MEP Integration: Oversee the seamless execution of Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works to prevent structural or functional conflicts during fit-outs.
• Fit-out Excellence: Maintain high-quality standards for interior fit-outs, specifically focusing on the premium finishing required for Jewellery showrooms.

2. Financial Management & Cost Control

• Budget Adherence: Manage the total project CAPEX, ensuring costs stay within 5% of the approved budget.
