Pay Rate: $38/hr. - $43/hr. plus up to 8% year-end bonus

Looking for a Building Engineer for our client. This person will perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance on critical GMP utility systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure. Working with limited supervision, you will monitor, troubleshoot, and operate building and industrial systems to ensure they meet required performance, control, and compliance standards. This role requires broad trade knowledge—including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance—within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. The position supports preventive maintenance, emergency response, and inspections at a large on-site pharmaceutical facility.
