What you'll do Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads — primarily for lead generation and d2c clients Build and test audience strategies, ad structures, and bidding setups from scratch Analyse performance data and translate it into clear actions — not just observations Collaborate with the creative team to brief and test ad concepts, especially on Meta Manage client-level reporting — know your numbers cold, own the narrative Work across multiple client accounts simultaneously — staying organized and accountable What we're looking for 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns (agency or in-house, both ...
