Governance and Fulfillment leads the post-processing review and Day 2 checking of customer transactions across all service channels. The role ensures that all fulfilled requests are accurate, compliant, and aligned with audit and risk control standards. It supports the QATD mandate by embedding governance in frontline operations and driving fulfillment quality. The position contributes to operational reliability by identifying service gaps and leading process improvements. This role also ensures audit readiness and collaborates with internal units for corrective action implementation.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years experience in audit, compliance, or service governance
