We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Systems Lead to support the introduction of a Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) system across The Salvation Army within the United Kingdom and Ireland Territory.
Overall Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Audit, Risk and Compliance you will act as the vital link between users, vendors and our IT department to help make this project a success. You’ll be able to influence the system set up and design to ensure it meets evolving user requirements and will continue to track and resolve user’s issues within agreed service level targets.
