Job Purpose: Government accounts from HNW RM portfolios have been removed from FY 2019 2020 to allow HNW RMs to focus on Individuals and build a granular book of CASA for the bank. All Government Relationships which had RMs mapped to them earlier dont have any relationship manager as of today and are under served and under exploited from an opportunity extraction perspective. Institutions continue to be part of HNW portfolio; the GRSM will only manage Government Accounts and not Institutions.

There are select branches which are doing exceedingly well in government business and have a large portfolio built over the last 2 decades. These Relationships require extensive engagement and very close coordination.
