The Parks Medical Practice is a GP practice operating from 4 sites in Northampton/Milton Keynes. We serve 23000 patients across our 4 sites. We currently have an exciting opportunity of a receptionist vacancy.We are looking for a enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service/communication skills to join our expanding team.
We are looking for a hard working, committed individual with outstanding work ethics and previous experience with customer service knowledge.
This role will be for 21 hours at Roade Surgery, NN7 2NN.
Monday: 8:00 - 12:30 and 2:30 - 6:30
Tuesday: 2:30 - 6:30
Thursday: 2:30 - 6:30
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact both on the telephone and in person for our patients. You will co-ordinate front desk duties and assist with general admin.
