Graduate Architectural Assistant (Public Sector)

VANRATH is assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for a Graduate Architectural Assistant for 6‑12 months initially with a great likelihood of extension and a permanent role, based in Belfast.

Responsibilities

The post holder will provide architectural design and supervision services under the direction of the Locality Manager or Assistant Locality Manager, based on the RIBA Plan of Work, either individually or as a team member on construction minor works projects, in connection with the various MiCD programmes.

• Carry out building and site surveys and update estates records as required.
• Develop the brief in consultation with authorised representatives of Client Departments.
