Wood is recruiting Graduate Engineers (Electrical, Piping, Civil, Instrumentation) and Graduate Project Engineers to join one of our business units in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.

The Role

As a Wood Graduate / Trainee, you will join a culture of innovation and work on projects that push the boundaries of what is possible. You will gain exposure to different parts of the business, develop vital skills across mechanical engineering, and, upon completion of the structured graduate program, become a qualified mechanical engineer with the opportunity to specialize within one of our business areas.

Responsibilities

• Design and advance engineering solutions for diverse client projects.
• Collaborate in multi‑disciplinary teams, troubleshoot problems, and conduct detailed analysis.
