Since starting in Perth in 2012, CMW Geosciences has expanded to 22 offices with 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand. We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors.

As a graduate at CMW, you'll be treated like an industry professional from the get-go. After completing the necessary training and inductions, you'll go out in the field to learn the practical field skills that form the basis of the technical work we do. You'll have access to senior technical staff to guide you through the early stages of your career and fast-track your growth.
