As part of Penspen’s strategic initiative to strengthen the UAE’s national talent pool, we are seeking fresh Engineering Graduates to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Supports Project Engineer with project planning, reporting and monitoring activities.
• Prepare & maintain project schedules and control registers.
• Ensure project control procedures are followed while preparing schedules, progress measurement system, reports etc.
• Monitor project progress based on key milestones and performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight any slippages.
• Prepare graphs, diagrams, and other exhibits to illustrate project progress / cost status and forecast requirements for Client / Project team.
• Ensure projects are executed within the contractual duration and allowed budgets and identify / issue potential variations to Client.
