The candidate will be exposed to end-to-end management of the HR processes such as, Recruitment; Onboarding; Employee Records; Employee Wellness; Employee Performance; Employee Relations; and Offboarding, Administration of the organisations HRIS
Qualifications
(Essential)
- Completed 3-year national qualification in one of the following fields: Administration or Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
Experience
- No experience is required since it is aimed at unemployed graduates
Knowledge
(Desirable)
- EEA; SDA; PFMA; PPEC and APS Acts
- SETA and SAQA regulations incl. Training principles
